Our Story

A little airport café that became a destination.

Sky Café opened on the field at Sky Manor in 2015, and it's been packed ever since. What started as the spot pilots grabbed breakfast before a flight is now a Hunterdon County favorite — about an hour from both New York and Philadelphia — where families, day-trippers and aviators all share the same runway view.

We cook from scratch, crack local farm eggs to order, and keep the coffee coming. Pull up a booth inside or a dog-friendly table on the patio, and watch the planes do their thing.
